The AMG GT 4-Door Coupe borrows its name and its silhouette from the two-seat AMG GT sports car, but underneath it’s a completely different platform built to carry four adults in comfort.
A turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six, boosted by a 48-volt EQ Boost hybrid system, makes 429 horsepower and 384 lb-ft of torque, sending this GT53 from 0 to 60 in 4.1 seconds through a 9-speed automatic and standard 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive.
The low, sloped roofline and frameless doors carry over the sports car styling almost entirely, while the rear seats (genuine buckets, with an optional bench for a fifth passenger) make this the rare AMG that’s just as usable as it is fast.
