Can I extend my rental period even if I only made a reservation for one day?
Yes, our team stays in touch with all our customers daily. If you wish to extend your ride, you are more than welcome to do so.

Are the vehicles mechanically sound?
Every vehicle is fully inspected and cleaned before each rental. If anything does go wrong on the road, you’re covered by our 24/7 breakdown-assistance service.

Do you provide formal breakdown or roadside assistance?
Yes, if a vehicle experiences any issue (including a flat tire, mechanical problem, or other breakdown), we provide in-house towing at no cost to the renter.

Is the service included automatically or offered as an optional add-on?
It is included automatically with every rental; there is no additional charge.

Do I need to leave a security deposit even if I’m fully insured?
Yes, we require a security deposit, even if you are insured.

Will I get my security deposit back instantly once I return the vehicle?
Yes, we return your security deposit.

Can I get a discount on my rental?
We offer multiple daily deals on select rental vehicles, providing you with phenomenal deals on luxury rentals.
If you rent a vehicle for seven days (or longer), we immediately provide you with 15% of the entire duration for every car. Spend more time enjoying your luxury ride by taking advantage of this offer.

What’s the gas policy on renting a vehicle?
We operate under a “full-to-full” policy for all our vehicle rentals. We want you to enjoy your vehicle immediately without worrying about finding a gas station right away, so we provide a full tank of gas to start your rental period. We do ask that you return the vehicle with the same amount of gas in the tank.

What’s the procedure for vehicle pick-up and drop-off?
We offer customized pick-up and drop-off solutions tailored to your specific needs. You can pick your location for both, even LAX. We offer 24/7 delivery and pickup times to accommodate any schedule. We want you to spend as much time as possible enjoying your rental, without worrying about making it across town to start or end your rental period.

Can I reserve a specific make and model?
Absolutely! If we have the vehicle in our fleet, and it’s available during your desired period, you can reserve a specific vehicle. Our business is centered on helping you get into the car of your dreams. We offer a wide selection of top brands for you to choose from.
